What matters is not age alone, but the ability for self-reflection and the inner maturity to engage in the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"animated fadeIn delay-200ms\">Through hypnosis, it is possible to gently release inner blockages, strengthen self-confidence, and learn to cope more easily with emotional challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"animated fadeIn delay-200ms\">Topics such as school stress, exam anxiety, bullying, self-doubt, or family tensions can be supported just as sensitively as personal challenges on the path to adulthood.<br>Each session is individually tailored to the adolescent\u2019s personality and life situation \u2013 mindful, respectful, and on equal footing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"animated fadeIn delay-200ms\"><strong>Please note the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"animated fadeIn delay-200ms\">We work with adolescents from around the age of 15. Our services do not include the treatment of younger children.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"animated fadeIn delay-200ms\">If no therapeutic relationship develops in the first session, no fee will be charged.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"animated fadeIn delay-200ms\">Sessions generally take place without parents present. The initial consultation is also conducted exclusively with the adolescent in order to ensure a safe and trusting environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"animated fadeIn delay-200ms\">Parents are, of course, welcome to stay in contact with us by phone for organizational matters or to receive feedback if needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"animated fadeIn delay-200ms\">All therapeutic content is subject to confidentiality.
