Giving you plenty of space for your personal development is particularly important to me. My main focus is on the issues that are affecting you and that you want to talk about. If you are not precisely aware of what is troubling you at the moment, I will provide the appropriate therapeutic methods to support you. My goal is that we always look at what you need right now and how I can accompany you.
After initial contact, you will receive an e-mail with all the information. This includes a relaxing hypnosis that you can listen to in the comfort of your own home. Afterwards, I would like to learn more about you and your story in an in-depth conversation. During our conversation we will discuss whether hypnotherapy is the right form of therapy for you. If you decide that we shouldn’t work together, I will only charge you with the price for the preliminary talk (100€).
Hypnosis and Talk therapy
If therapy is the proper course of action, I will gently ease you into a trance until you are sufficiently relaxed for hypnosis. I mainly work with resolving hypnosis. Since many people are sensitive to noise, I use a technique through which my voice and relaxing trance music are transmitted to you with noise-cancelling headphones. In this way, your subconscious can directly receive the hypnosis without any disturbing background noise from the environment. Finally, I will guide you out of your trance and we will talk about your experience afterwards.
I proceed very carefully with fears of hypnosis. They can be reduced if they are first treated in talk therapy and then in hypnosis sessions. Here I work with relaxation before we tackle the anxiety-related issues. From session to session you can engage better with me as a therapist and then with the hypnosis. We take as much time as you need.
If you prefer to simply speak to gain more clarity on your issues, I will employ the Rogerian talk therapy approach.
